The Eaton Tripp Lite Series 42U SmartRack Standard-Depth Rack Enclosure Cabinet is engineered to house up to 3000 lbs of standard 19-inch rack equipment in a spacious 42U configuration. This cabinet features four interior vertical posts with adjustable threaded 10-32 mounting holes, allowing for quick and precise installation of equipment. The enclosure is designed with a massive front-to-rear ventilation capacity that meets or exceeds server manufacturer requirements, ensuring optimal cooling for your equipment. The SR42UB1032 is equipped with locking, removable, and reversible front and rear doors, as well as locking side panels, providing enhanced security for your valuable equipment. The half-size side panels facilitate easy removal and reinstallation, while the split rear door design allows for closer placement against walls. This cabinet is compliant with PCI DSS standards, making it suitable for secure data center applications. Additionally, the top panel is vented to promote airflow, and it includes cable routing ports for easy management. The open-bottom design allows for convenient cable access, and the pre-installed casters make it easy to maneuver the cabinet into position, where it can be secured with leveling feet. Note that the casters are intended for minor adjustments and not for long-distance transport.
